Those combined with the other 2 enhances effect items would give Tonosama Riceballs: Attack +150 Defense +150 Double Attack +3 (or +15 if u were using shogun). That is if it works the same as the other 2 pieces stacking. I still don't think it would be worth losing what is on the pieces u lose.

And what with all the new Kick Attack items. Dune Boots obselete? o.O Or are they just to increase proc rate not dmg?

Prolly not, Novio is 7mab and adds 48 dmg, so like, thats just under 200dmg.
HQ staves are 15% Damage increase and Macc, so no, not likely its going to be better than staves.
