This game is mad fun. Currently playing a hunter but contemplating rolling a Warlock because Sunslinger's grenade spam looks like it's too much fun. Also because I have an almost complete set of Warlock Legendaries and not a single Hunter piece. Yay RNG.

Thoroughly enjoying it, playing as a hunter and wifey is a warlock. Not all that great at PvP but having fun regardless... I was middle of the pack in a crucible and no one on my team received anything after but me and it was the exotic sniper... So I'm assuming that annoyed some people. Story was pretty dumb

Been trying some farming methods I've read about. Got 8 purples, all encrypted to be coins or blues. Ranking up the cryptarch only gives me 2 blues each time as well (4 times now). I hate this fucking game now.

I have it on PS4. Currently level 23.8ish Hunter.

I've had shit luck with farming and haven't seen a Purple Engram yet aside from one the Cryptarch sent me which ended up Blue. The only Legendary I have is the one I bought with Vanguard Marks once I hit rank 2. I did get an Exotic Bounty though, so that's neat. Just have to start doing the trials now.

Managed to scrap myself up to 26 this weekend. After the reset, I'm gonna buy me some legendary boots and that will bump me up to 27. Out of, idk, must be at least 30 purple engrams by now, I still have only got 3 legendaries (a Machine Gun, a warlock helm and a Hunter gauntlets). Got an exotic chest engram from Xur which gave me a ballin' wolf on my chest and bought a legendary helm.

I didn't know there was a difference in the reward for the exotic bounties, so I picked up the one with what looked like the easiest trial. Little did I know there would be more parts to it. I'm now stuck at getting 500 points in the crucible scoring kills with void elements. After an entire day of farming I ended up with 129, only to have it drop down to 79 points after 2 horrible matches.

I dropped the bounty. I hate Hand Cannons anyway. I'll get another one next rank.

Trying to scrap together a group to try out Vault of Glass. At the moment is just me and 2 other dudes I know.

I'm on the final part of my exotic shotgun quest, need to clear a weekly. So I may not get it any time soon lol I was fortunate and got the PvP part done in about 20 mins, had a couple high KD rounds. Was just one of those "everything is going well" play times, and then proceeded to get murdered repeatedly after I finished the quest lol

Turns out weekly this week is pretty easy to solo when you can skip the majority of it and then realize you don't have to jump in the pit to fight the boss

The difficulty of strikes scale to the number of members in your fireteam. The weekly nightfall/heroic is actually much easier to do solo, since a lot of enemies (Hobgoblins/Minotaurs) don't kill you in one hit anymore.

In other news, I joined a buncha guys and completed the Vault of Glass, although I only stepped in for the final 2 fights. Shit was fun.
Got a 6 ascendant shards total and a fucking stupid legendary ship.

The difference being though you can afford to die with other people, by yourself you have to start all over so it's a give and take

This week's was pretty easy, considering it was Arc burn against Cabals. The only Arc damage Cabals have are the Psion's waves. Phalanxes with the Anger modifier are massive, ginormous bitches, though.

It would've went a LOT smoother if I had an Arc fusion rifle.

If Tomiko's on board, we should have enough people to make a team for Vault of Glass. I'm doing it with the dudes I did it with last week, but I don't see a reason why I can't just pop in and help out. I'm also making a Titan on the side, so there's that.

It would probably be a better idea if I used my Titan because out of the 6 of us, there's 4 hunters and 2 warlocks otherwise. More warlocks would be better because of self-res but I won't complain too much.
