Started playing Torchlight 1, so far so good. Good loot everywhere, the store even have good loot and above my level usually (though I'm just starting out).
First set item, and second pic is how it turned out after enchanting it (risky because there was a 2% chance it could lose a stat, gained 2 instead).

I should replace the video in the first post with this. Dhil if you ever watch another TL2 vid make it this one. Lots of info and they talk with the TL2 dev guy about D3 a lot. Turns out Diablo 3 helped Torchlight 2 developers/publisher and didn't crush them like everyone thought it would.
