I just got out of my bi-weekly performance meeting with my boss and a few of my peers. She is harping on how we need take responsibility for everything that we touch and if we don’t know how to tackle an issue on something that we need to figure out someone who does and work with them to solve some of our IT requests.

So, I kinda just shout out “We need to pwn of things.” She responds, “That’s a great idea victor” I respond “yah, I kinda just pwn really hard anyways.” She retorts “I like that word, 'I’m going to own it'…” I almost fell out of my chair with delight.

Now, uh, keep in mind she’s a very very southern born and bred woman with a mullet and a chain wallet talking about OWNING things....

I said own at first though after i realized what i said it changed to pown. In my development plans it now reads "pwnership"
