I didn't read it all because I need to leave for work, but are they continuing from the quests they "finished" like, you know, 4 years ago??

Actually, it goes Mission > Quests > Missions > Quests > Missions ... This will be the 3rd set of quests. Quests are Nation specific, whereas Missions are not, however you need to do a batch of quests in order to progress with the Missions.

Also Blaize, you fucking suck... I totally posted this waaaaaaay before you did. And you didn't even read it from the source or include any pictures. You fail so much.
