Windower crashing

My windower is crashing at the FMV intro on POL, hlep. idk what plugin is borked or if something else is needed but plzgawd lemme know :<

I didn't even know you could turn it off, never really bothered me because I only have to press one button to skip over it. Don't think I have ever actually watched it.
