I thought jubba wasn't as good as manteel? keep in mind my brd never got unlocked

Sha'ir Manteel boasts a 12% reduced song casting time, where as the Jubbah has 5% fast cast... Nothing awesome at all really... BUT! Couple it with:



and you have the reduced cast time from the initial cast (Gomlek), then switch to Jubbah for all the goodness of the stats (CHR et al). I think Fast Cast is only taken into consideration at the beginning of the cast.

You could of course use Manteel in leiu of Gomlek for added awesome, but that's just stupid when you can sell (and I did) Manteel for a lot of gilz.
