Value Development Case
Situation: You have been selected to change a group of Hitler’s Youth. The boys range in age from 10 to 14. They have all been exposed to Hitler’s conditioning and ideologies since the age of five. You have one year to accomplish this task.
Paper Requirements:
1. Research and describe three theories to change values/thinking. (Search ideas: cognitive, behavior change, rehabilitation, treatment, etc.)
2. Of these three approaches which do you believe will be most effective in accomplishing your task? Explain and justify your reasons. (You can utilize more than one theory if you want.)
3. Develop a one year, detailed plan that outlines your strategies for changing Hitler’s Youth. Be specific as to how you will do it. Integrate your selected approach/theory into your plan. (Creativity is encouraged.)
4. Bibliography required with at least six sources (excluding text) on change theories.
