Have you ever actually had your bike stolen before?

I've never had my stolen, but in middle school I've had someone vandalize mine beyond repair or use. Also have had someone steal my backpack in middle school, but at least they left the books ( ) so I didn't have to pay for that shit too.

As for basketballs, those naturally get stolen all the time. When I go play pickup, its easier to just play with someone else's ball.

once when i was 15 i stole a bike in the railway station of my town just cause mine got stolen 2-3 days before

lol ok I remember people stealing people's backpack, tying the straps into knots that's impossible to untie easily. Loosing your backpack sucked. Oh I also had a book of basketball cards stolen out of my backpack. I tried to follow the guy that stole it. He got on his bus to go home and the bus took off. I stopped the bus and looked like a idiot trying to get it back with his "friends" all around me, and a bus heading to who knows where. It was a stupid move on my part, but if I let this guy get away I would be considered a pushover. I didn't get my basketball cards back (it was a fad. People were collecting and trading basketball cards).
