I called them to see why my bill was soooo fuckin' high, and they said they accidentally charged 4 server transfer fees onto my account. My brother had only 1 done. Why does SE fail so fucking much?????

I asked them if there was anything they were gonna do to make up for it as far as lost expenses(my check for renbt bounced) and they said no.

So now i gotta wait 3-5 business days for them to credit my account.....

I have no idea. My brother did do a server transfer on the account that should have charged it once, but they said it got charged 4 times. don't care/know how it happened, but it's aggrevating as hell. I get charged $25/day everytime I'm late for rent. So... earliest it could be in my account is tues, which is $125 extra for my rent.

Thinking of getting a prepaid credit card and just adding the amount the account coasts every month so they can't over charge me.

As much as it may suck, the thing is that since it is set up on a recurring payment, you're authrorizing them to withdraw funds from your account in whatever amount they wish. While usually it's whatever the normal payments are, obviously otherwise why do business with them, this gives them room to make withdrawal errors, and it's at their discretion whether they refund additional fees incurred by your financial institution in the event of one.

Long story short: They don't have to do shit about your NSF fees. It sucks, but some companies will do reimburst the money or offer credit for their products (in this case credit for monthly fees) depending on how far up you take the issue. A lackey is programmed to say 'no, too bad, so sad', and the management team can do more, and so forth.

EDIT: lol@ur wife threatening w/ the BBB. Just as an FYI the BBB (Better Business Bureau) probably wouldn't do shit. For one, companies PAY to be recognized by the BBB as an accredited company, so if they're not accredited, they won't care. If they are, then they still probably wouldn't do anything since companies pay THEM. But anyways, at most the BBB will post on their website how bad SE is (which everyone and their moms know) or publish something for the public to view.

The BBB is a joke.
