Additional effects other than those affecting damage and attack speed ratings of relic and mythic weapons do not trigger when those weapons are equipped in the offhand slot.
Very lame. This makes offhand vajra pointless. I guess it depends on if it still has the double attack on it, but I doubt it.

If I read this correctly, you can't have 2 of the new weaponskills unlocked since trying to unlock a second will reset your quest data from the first.
Adjustments have been made to Jailer of Love, Absolute Virtue (and pets), and Pandemonium Warden (and pets) in areas such as HP value and behavior. Absolute Virtue and Pandemonium Warden will now vanish two hours after their appearance, automatically ending the battle. In addition, the spawn rate for Absolute Virtue has been increased to 100%.
After doing some quick tests, from what I can find the hat grants the "with job in party" effects without having said job in party. I was getting fully powered Evoker's and Dancer's Rolls without either being in party, but when I had a Dancer I didn't notice a change in the effect, but I haven't tinkered with it for long.

Usually when SE give a seemingly winwinwin update it turns out meh. How does this one stand after you guys had some time with it. Is it still win to you guys are did it turn to "eh"? It seems like those weaponskills are quick to obtain. What's good about them? The thf's look meh.
I looked at the AV battle post patch comments. It seems he still spam 2hrs but just have less hp, and vanish after 2hrs starting from the time you pop JoL.

AF2+1 litteraly means +1.
Its either got HP +11 instead of +10 or Ranged attack +9 instead of +8.
Hat still looks cool though. We should get you one. Reports seem to indicate we are morons and those who waited an extra day to do their Beucedine not only saved 500K, but they also are getting 10+ AF.
Best part of the update for me so far is the INV+20 I got from trading in all my BS and KS.
Well, the sam weaponskill seems lame. Good for a two ws dark, but y/g/k still seem to be better. It also seem to not be effected by the amount of tp you have. Looks like bst won this time, finally.
