back in high school we used to bypass the web blockers by visiting sites in framed mode; forgot how to do that but basically there's some sites where u browse via the cite and the blockers don't catch any address changes.

not sure how websense works, but have you tried surfing the web by going in through a proxy?

Tools > internet options > connection > lan settings, then you need to get a valid proxy (you can find loads of free ones on the web, just google them rly)
