My vent got updated awhile ago and I forgot to post the new info. Here it is

Port number: 3863

it should hold up to 50 people, and I am hardly on it. I set it up for people who want to chat and talk to each other without having to pay a phone bill. Use it for your friends and yourself, missions, quests, doesnt matter.

Lolz, mine was configured to allow 512 people at once. Then Safer broke it.

Fixed now btw.
