Can't connect (Fixed)

I can't connect to POL. I get the POL-1106 error when I try to start it up after sitting at the checking for updates for about 2-3 mins. I recently updated my antivirus program but I even completely disabled it and got nothing. The virus program is Iolo. Also, I switched from IE to FireFox. If anyone could give me any info on how to fix this, it would be great.
