Apparently it's a standalone game. You don't need the original, like the GTA4 expansions pack Episodes from Liberty City. It's not out for a while (it leaked on PC because someone edited a text file tricking Ubisoft into thinking they owned the game).

I looks fun from what I saw. Still Farcry 3 but with a awesome retro coat of paint and humor.

It's a lot of fun. Basically the same game but made intentionally 'bad'

The neon is pretty hilarious since it's literally everywhere you look. Just have to get my hands out of Bioshock mode for this.
