I always use thf/whm for almost anything, bst/dnc for the other two.

Because of SATA -> Snarl I don't need to worry about hate at all. I just unlocked Exenterator, but it is exceptionally weak at the first stage, and I dont have all that much agi gear/merits.

still using shark bites for 4-5k damage and 6-7k light.

You can fight him as early as level 66, but only level 75 unlocks the Xbox360 achievement for the specific job.
