I play 14 a little bit, but there's nothing epic about it.
Read a thing (maybe here ijdk) about how in GW2 zones will scale to you, so if you're lvl 50 and running through a lvl 20 zone things will aggro you anyways, sounds terrible tbh.

idk tbh, seems like it at times. However, ryk/digi/friends do shit really late, they're like, 3 hours behind me. I now know your pain, Aemora.

I think everyone has a bit of shame and regret for putting so much effort into a vidya game.
Camping tiamat for example.

Le list:

1) Mefya was the source of my corruption. Eventhough it was never proven, just speculation, the fact that Mefya had acquired a lot of money with a bot made me first hunt them out. And so I experimented with a Fishing bot, and it worked well, and amassed a great source of gil from haxfishing. Though, I'm sure most of you knew this anyway. I also used ApRadar and haxxed the mine Assault for points using a fleetool as well, although I never used any tool that would impede on someone else, such as a claim bot. I only ever used stuff that would get me where I wanted to be, quicker - Literally or figuratively. I'd set the fishbot up in the morning, go to Uni, then come home. Anyone that fishbot'd would be able to tell who else fishbot'd straight away, and a few others in the LS also did it. I got caught fleehacking between zones once, ate a week long ban, and after that used them even more, justifying them as a suicidal way of curbing the time I spent playing the game, I guess. In the end, I didn't care, but I never got caught again (Not by the GMs anyway).

2) I was solo'ing Ix'MNK on COR for the cape (pre-botting) and was meant to go over my GFs. I told her I had a really bad head and couldn't come over (as I wanted this cape). I killed it, and it dropped, and 5 minutes later she's knocking on my door with some fruit and is all "I'll come see you them if you ill!". I had to pretend for the rest of the night that my head hurt, which meant no game AND no sex. Still, got the cape <.<

3) I hated camping and would actively avoid it at any cost. As a BLM/SMN/COR/BRD/SCH(In Eden), nothing camped dropped anything I wanted, cept Tiamat, and I emo'd at that after 3 months. I totally regret spending all that time at Timmy, when a few months later I picked up a fleetool anyway.

4) I always thought that BLM was the best job in the game, and that the few better BLMs in Eden were like the elite club of awesome. Knyghtmayre took me out to get me a Moldy Earring on the same day I joined the LS, and I modeled myself on him, then later joining the ranks of pwn BLMs on the server. Ironically, my favourite job was absolutely useless at my favourite event.

5) Eventhough Amy and I never really saw eye-to-eye, I always liked how she/he/it would make me smile.

6) My three most memorable events in the game were; When I quested a Windurst mission on a Level 25 WHM, trekking through Beaucedine Glacier for the first time, took nearly an hour, and the whole time I was so petrified that if I got hit once, I'd be sent back to Windy, but I did it. Simple things. - When we beat AV for the first time, it was 530am and I had work at 8am, stayed up in the shitty hostel in the game and went to work feeling so superior. In retrospect, it all meant nothing - When we first beat LBC, and both Safer and I'd items dropped, and we lost them to what later became known as the Salvage Bans glitch. That night I was soooooooo angry. So very, very angry.

7) If I could go back a few years, to when Eden was at its height, I would probably do it all over again, because I did enjoy it and miss the feeling of belonging in a huge group of strangers. That, I liked.

8 ) Oh, and finally, ignoring my girlfriend when I lead my Abyssea group time and time again, which never made us fight, but always created resentment between us. That, I would change in a heartbeat.

9) Talking of which, I hated leading, but felt as though no-one else did anything to the standards that I wanted it to be done, as was demonstrated the times I was unable to attend an event. No-one did anything right, which frustrated me.

haha oh man, you seriously never told me about clippering and fish botting, like I would care???

From about a month after I came back to the game, up until the last time I played I clippered always. Thought you were totally against it, so every time we did something together I set my speed down to normal, was very paranoid about you finding out that I was clippering. Surprised I did not notice, as I could fairly easily tell who clippered and who didn't. That kikoku ninja we had for a while when we started voidwatch used to clipper all the time.

at point number 2, why is you stealing the last item on the ah for the drain quest and me emoing not there, or us beating U/O?!?

The fact Mefya flat out denied even using stuff like that just made me wonder if he really did screw WCW over dynamis currency. Well it doesn't matter anymore but I'll admit it's kinda nice to know I was right all these years later.

Heh, you are right, MrD. The CoP static was simply brilliant, and had a fantastic sense of achievement. I had felt guilty that whole week when Jage and I beat O/U with a pick-up, and you, Keli and Meka were still on it and determined to get you there. There's sooooo much I think I jew'd you over with sometimes, like the scroll...

Story: MrD spends ages, AGES questing enough fame in Windurst for the quest to get a scroll, possibly Drain or Warp2, and after he's been on about it for a few hours one day, I secretly go look if I have enough fame, being from Windy and all. Anyway, we checked the same NPC within 5 minutes of each other, and having recieved the quest, without any of the work he put into activating it, I stroll up to the AH and buy the last item on it that the quest wants. MrD finds this out, cusses me like crazy, then goes and farms it aswell. But before he goes, I eat the scroll infront of him as I wish him good luck! He was pissed..

...or like times you'd camp stuff for me, or put more effort in for things that I wanted and would forgo your own wants. I felt quite bad when I found out you did most of your Gandiva without me because I never had the chance to return the favour.
