It's a tech demo, they are asking people if they are interested in seeing more of the world displayed in this demo. The image at the bottom was part of a demonstration showing people how the engine worked, and that it was indeed realtime and not just a CG like toy story.

The craziest part out of the whole video was how real their mouths were when talking.

Extremely impressive...they just have to work in a battle system that is decent and a storyline that allows for wandering.
