Also try the Bodyrock stuff, they are good and I thought about changing over to that from Insanity. Insanity is 35-45 minutes per day, bodyrock is around 15mins, and free via their site or youtube. Their site has a daily program though (30day challenge).

Nah but apparently booze makes you puff up after only a night of crazy drinking. It goes back down after a while. No idea how that works, or if it depends on the body type, though beer has a ton of calories or something. I'm the worst beer expert on the planet.

I went out drinking for a birthday party and ate some cake and who knows what else, this is what I looked like the next day,... the bloating went away after a few days and I was back to normal but I did not feel good after eating crap. and the right pic is me on July 2 2007.

She was settling back then, she improved and maybe his lifestyle tempted her new healthy lifestyle so she got rid of him. Also it took a year for her to get that thin so maybe they broke up before the final results while she was working on herself.

unbelievable, this cardio stuff is magic. I'm going all the way with this. By the end of this year I expect to look like a alien, that or become malnourished from trying to push further . I need to make sure my muscle isn't eaten by my own body. I have been steadily eating less and got used to it (eating only when hungry). I'm under 200 now, need to figure out how to not become a skinny black dude like Avon Barksdale from The Wire.

Oh and while I'm here, this is a better short workout for people with little time. You just need a towel.
