My idiot parents left me in French Immersion for grades 1-6, and I learned a bunch of things in French.. to this day when I count multiples in my head it's in french half the time, shits annoying.

Think about it, when you're thinking there are words that go with it. If you speak multiple languages you might think in each one. When you think to yourself and say about in your mind, it should sound like "Aboot" since you're Canadian. But if you never heard sound you probably think with shapes and colors.

Maybe having heard stuff before and being so used to it is probably hard to imagine thinking without hearing in your mind. As you type you may be saying each word as you go.
