Torque/gorgets were situationally better back when I quit. My guess is you don't usually need the acc anymore, can get it in other slots, except at low levels.

Of course, I bought a scorp harness with the money, then went home for the summer where I didn't have good enough internet to play. Came back in the fall and my SH was worth nothing.
