These vids kinda opened my eyes on a lot of stuff. I didn't know dopamine played such a strong role in the things people do. Now I know why giving pets treats when training works so well. No dopamine - no desire to do anything. Little dopamine - little ambition. Also why we want what we can't have, the idea of how satisfied we'd be when we get it but end up wondering why we wanted in the first place. Chasing after that hawt girl only to find out she a horrible boring person.

Now, when I want to do something bad, or against my plan (like eating good tasting food while I'm trying to get ripped) I think to myself, "I just want to feed my dopamine addiction. I don't really want this/to do this. Now I have a headache for pushing myself too hard on the Insanity workout and not eating after. I'm so confused lol. Pain is good though I guess.

I'll be dead in 3 months. Mind over matter aka dopamine!
