Vedder can you check how much space FFXI + Play Online + Tetra master take up on the PS2 HDD? Just boot PS2 without a disk in it then go to the area where you browse the memory card, start a disk, and browse the HDD. Then choose the HDD and when you're there put the cursor over the FFXI/POL/tetramaster icons and check the size of it in the info option. I want to see how much space they take up together. I found out I can use the old HDD on PS3 via a external HDD case with usb2.0 connect to the ps3. But I'll have to spend like $70 at the least to set that up just to play ffxi. I might do this because I could then use it to store videos, pictures, and other files but that's what the internal HDD is for. Also I could get a whole new $60 game instead + a psn game.

IIRC Final Fantasy XI + Tetra Master software is a little over 8 GB. But I could be totally wrong since 360's FFXI takes up almost 12 GB and it still has to read half the crap off the disc.

I really hope that's true. Would only loose a little under 2 gigs to have that 10 gig games partition made. 50gigs for the rest of ps3 related material and I can just take the Heroes episodes off it and stream it from the PC.

yeah I just stream vids on 360 via PC, too much hassle to actually put it on 360HDD
