I remember seeing something like this before on Trigger Happy TV.
Some guy dressed up in a grim reaper costume and kept tapping his watch as people walked by. I was crying.

YES Trigger happy tv owns. Loved that show gawd why isn't there a whole network dedicated to these shows ; ;.
Edit: Tell me if this work Scor. For some reason I thought if I sent you the gif you would probably open it in windows paint shop and it wouldn't animate. So I instead created a photobucket account.
