Okay, got windower installed and all that, the new 3.26 version (the newest I believe) anyway, when I get done extracting the files to a separate folder and try to run the Launcher, it says "Access denied" and then when it's trying to send the settings to the game it says [FAILED] everything else besides that is good though. Does anyone know what's up? I'm not that savvy with computers, <_<

"I'm not savy with computers" is my line.
Hijacking Pales thread. Anyone know how I should go about reinstalling windows XP on a system that came with the OS preinstalled and has some kinda safe locked partition that supposedly contain xp info.

urg yeah, vista's got a bunch of super annoying shit -.-; like the "hey, you try to do ANYTHING and i'll make a full screen window appear to ask you if you want to do it" feature...
(and yes you can turn that off btw, to do that: open up the control pannel, type in user account in the search box. you'll see the link "turn user account control (UAC) on or off". click it, uncheck the box, reboot comp and yaaaaaaay no more annoying "you need the permission to blah blah blah" screen)
