Sucks man. Someone is social engineering it up to get my account. Even after the high end security passwords I started to use after the first time they managed to get into my email account and call sony to send another password change. Time to get a new internet name for PS4. Still not giving up this account, I have to wait until morning for customer service.

That sucks man! This is an ongoing problem for sony or just randomly getting hacked?

Hotmail or something. Someone had access to my account without needing the password. They would call sony use a little bit of my info from my hotmail profile I suppose and get them to send a password change link. Got it back again. For PS4 I'm considering using another name. People in China try to log into my gmail that's tied to my hotmail. I only care about my Ploid PSN because I don't know what I'd name another PSN account.
