lol BC, I laugh because it's true, then I sad. Cool CEO's share the wealth a bit by making their employees very comfortable, and happy. Happy employees raises production 3%. Make the work environment a nice and happy place to be. Good food, nice gym, comfy chairs, killer entertainment center, awesome work area view, free massages from the cute massage lady once in a while when she's hired to visit.

My buddy works at Google Toronto and they have catered lunches every day (like nice pork loin, roast beef etc.). They also have a real break room with ping pong, Foosball and shit.

Finding a place you like to spend time at and get paid to be there is tough to come by these days
