bgt sucks, also, is Socom confrontation any good? I almost got it for the ps3 today ;/

I liked it when I beta'd it. I'm a big fan of Socom 1 and 2 (online mainly). Confrontation is a re skinned graphically improved version of the good old days, if you ever played those you'll recognise this as the crossroads ~ maps are bigger than the original but it's quite easy to recognise all the faves.

Remember this game has close comms which I find makes for a much more tactical game. Get close to an enemy and if they're talking you'll hear them before you see them (same goes for you talking too loud you'll give your pos away ~ believe me when i say shut out any kids if u afk for a sec >.>).
As far as I know they kept the effects in after beta (ploid help me out here) depending what you wear , guns / ammo, will dictate how fast you can move, much like irl if you're gonna carry a fat assed rocket launcher on your back you aint gonna be running fast.

My only wish now is that'd they'd re impliment the old socom 2 lobby rooms
