Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich +1:
Use a high-quality bread of some kind (focaccia?) instead of white bread.
Add shaved dark chocolate and finely chopped walnuts. Melt it all together.
Stuff your face.

Normal home cooked food that don't involve frying, and fat flavoring is pretty healthy. Fast food, junk food, and stacking cheese on everything is the bad stuff.
