yes theres to many retards in wow , i tryed to never pick up group anything , only 1 time 25 man naxx took 2 hrs for 1 wing... had like 8 members from my guild as we had alot of members over xmas spending time with family in my guild , we all had no hair and called it after that.But we were not screaming like a crack head at each other, that dont keep people in good spirit that way for another try and people end up falling out and guild fold very fast with that method.
Alot of people in good gear and no skill too , Ebay ftw.

Yeah, I generally wont pug 25's unless its OS. I've fully cleared 25 nax in 4 hours in my old guild, but this was after our guild leader threatening to kick people if they fuck up due to people doing terribly in Ulduar.

My guild downed then new t8 boss 25 man 1 shotted him on patch release and we normaly cleared 25 man in 2:30 - 3 hrs we had some very talented players. We was on the europe servers too not usa servers. Nax was a fucking. joke was to fucking easy the undying title was ez mode even in 10 man.

the problem with my guild was moreso we had like 200+ people, and maybe 20 skilled people out of that. We failed as soon as we got to Hodir on 25 Uduar, the first week we did very well, we were actually the furthest progressed in 25man for that week (Up to Kologarn) for our server, but a month later they're still on Hodir.
