I keep bluescreening :< my firefox and ffxi crash at random. dunno whats going on.
The last time my ffxi crashed, i got a black screen, BUT the UI was intact (could still see menus but not USE them,) and the black screen was covered in random white letters and numbers. Then ffxi came back but it was in like psychedelic colors.

Sounds like you pc has a cold. Has it been in contact with dirty germ filled pcs? Did it link with them unprotected? Did you wash it's hands often?
That or maybe someone used your pc and deleted some ffxi files to try to get you to quit.
I stayed at a holiday Inn last night so I'm confident that I'm correct.

Edit: PCs suck. Never seen things get so sensitive to errors and are a pain to fix.

Check your CPU for dust between the cooling element and the fan. That sort of stuff can happen if the CPU is overheated. May want to check the graphics card as well, if it's one with a built-in fan.

Dust is one of the most common causes for computer failure, since most people never think to clean out the nooks and crannies before the thing dies on you ;x
