Yea, I wouldn't really change anything, other than getting larger breasts. But not important (please). The family don't like the personality, normal stuff. Don't take your gf to meet the folks on the holidays, can't pick sides. Lose lose situation.

Wow, I guess I just don't understand stuff like that. My mom grew to dislike my ex-girlfriend for some reason, which kinda worked out cause she didn't really like my mom that much either. Grown ups need to grow up sometimes (I say this about my mom, not yours).

I guess moms are too protective even when they act like they're not. Especially if the girl looks like she's taking you from her cooking. Another thing, don't let your gf bring food that the other guests might like a lot (new, different, great). Takes the attention from the mother usual food haha...
