I forgot my member password for my xbox360 to log into iticus

I tried uninstalling ffxi to see if all the info would erase, but everyone on my member list is still there and the passwords are still there. Is there anything I can do to erase it?

Nah man, you gotta call SE. Have your POL ID, Credit Card #, toon/mule info (nations, jobs etc.) ready and they'll reset your password.
