Same thing of outhit... but
Idk his gear is pretty pimp (look rng) , crafts 100... he would count as "particular" player imo...
But..if accepted , lets close applies to ppl dd onry? Lutia is exping rng also ...i think we are fine tbh.

Voting yes, we do have an overload of melee atm, i'd mostly say no to this app but the gear is good and this char seems to know whats up.

What's the story with that other rng from the other server??? Anyways I'm voting yes. Not voting yes to any other DD apps from here on out though.
