So how is the weather in your neck of the woods?

For me the sun is beating us down. The car AC is blowing heat at the start, and you're sweating after being outside for 2 mins. Sure it cause the girls to wear thin clothes, but that can be a bad thing for me as well. I need to move to a new location if this annual increase in heat keeps up.

What's your back yard like now Lutia? Show me some snow or fog coming out of the neighbors mouth.

hot and humid, but on the bright side, since ffxi is down, i've been using my spare time to do some renovations around the house (i just spent all of today doing some painting outside, tomorrow i shall redo the joints around windows and try to fix up the bbq better)

It has rained every single day but 1 here for the last 2 weeks basically. It hasn't rained all day when it has, but it's been raining a shitload for whatever reason. Not too interested in it anymore^^

Texas is hot AND humid, you break a sweat walking from your car! I think it was in the 110's last week, or so they said. A dumbass left their toddler in the car with no air conditioning for less than 5mins, iirc, and the kid died. :<

So yeah, the heat sucks ass.

On a positive note, there's a basketball court across the street from where I live, and I get to see hot guys in small shorts and no shirts playing. :>

I saw a lot of RVs, vans, cars full of clothes, taxies full of clothes, and trucks full of stuff heading north. I was heading south with a open freeway to play in, facing a sun that was covered in odd looking clouds. The sky looked erie today. I hope this storm don't get that bad. Man I hate going without electricity. For Katrina it was 1 week, heck I'll be lucky if my house is unharmed this time I guess.

My spot isn't under this forced evacuation btw. I'm pretty deep in MS, but close to the river.

Yesterday it pissed down, I mean like black clouds / heavy rain ALL day non stop, I passed out 4hrs ago and it had stopped (just) Now im up again to bright blue skies

Rain is good. Relaxing mood, no harsh lights, low contrast, easy on the eyes.

You know, I thought of a good idea for a game. Lot of pc people play god games like sims, sim city, real time strategy, civilization, and such. How about a weather simulator, or a weather control arcade type game. You get combos and such and work your way up to a huge natural disaster type thing (typhoon, whirlpool, tsunami, hurricane). Each of these can have special features, for hurricanes they have the side effect of creating multiple tornadoes on land.

You effect things by controlling the temperature. Air temp, water temp, and such. There could also be a mode where you try to stop storms and save the people. That would probably fit in as the main mode, while GTA addicts play the create a disaster mode. I don't know, just something I thought up while looking at Gustav's daughter tornadoes :\. If only I could control the temperature and destroy those tornadoes for massive points.
