Saturdays are once again going to be pretty rough on both my RL and IG lives. I have resumed taking my graduate school classes which run from approximately 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays, and to be honest I'm pretty beat up once I get out. I'll definitely log on, but just don't expect me to attend anything before what could be considered the 'normal' work day. Imagine sitting at your job for 8 hours. Imagine sitting in the same classroom for 8 hours. As you can imagine, this is definitely more stressful than sitting in ones own office, as you're constantly being talked to the entire time. It's VERY taxing on my brain to do anything that involves even the most minute shred of intellect, so if I don't appear to be myself it's because my mind is trapped in the 8 hours preceeding the time that I would potentially be able to log on.

I am currently taking a Management course at Niagara University in New York. My teacher is VERY Chinese. I'm hoping that even if she doesn't give me an A, I can score some gil for $10.00 or so. I was talking with one of my classmates during our initial break today and we both agreed that she is very difficult to understand. I'm not trying to be offensive to her, but you'll all go through the point with an ESL teacher where you'll have problems understanding them (Indian teachers are reknowned for this, and I mean actual Indian teachers, not Pocohontas). Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that if you do see me on Saturday mornings, it's because I've brought my laptop to class and will be on FFXI just to chat. I'm in the middle of my lunchbreak now, so I figured I'd let you all know what the deal is. Sorry, I do hope you can all go on without me. ;/

Its one 8 hour class? that must feel like forever.

Shit, I get fucking annoyed after an hour and 15 mins in chem.

It's really not THAT bad up to our lunchbreak. Once the realization hits at 1 PM after lunch and I think "holy shit, I still have 4 more hours...." that's when it gets bad. It's basically like listening to dry business lectures from someone who barely speaks English for 7 hours. Good game.

i feel your pain

last semesterday i had a day that would start @ 8am (3hour class) 30 min lunch break followed by another 3hour class, a 1 hour class after that, 1 hour break, then another 3 hour class.

10 hours of classes in a day = dead brain.

The kicker is that it's on Saturdays. SO MUCH FOR LOOKING FORWARD TO THE WEEKEND LOL.

I declined the 8 hour saturday business, spread my lectures out during the week plz.

The again I kinda set my own work schedule so if you have a regular 9-5 or something then yeah the saturday is the best option :/
