Seems ratio based or it is a decimal now? Took off all attk+ and str+ gear. And added diff pieces on to try and get as much info as possible XD

Vaguely, I'd say it's uh

floor[#STR/(4/3)] = #AttAdded

Basically, Divide +STR by 4/3 or 1.3333 and drop all numbers after the decimal and you get attack added >.>a

i think it is 1 str = 0.75 attack. And same for dex. That is after looking @ it quickly again.
