Levetiracetam (Keppra generic). They make me kinda mellowed out after I take em, especially since they just doubled my dose for the next 15 days, but I don't notice any horrible side effects quite yet....I was taking 500 mg 2x/day and now they've got me taking 1000 mg 2x/day. Was that the only thing they gave you or did you try out a bunch of different things before finding one that works?

Well apparently it can be caused by any number of things, so it may be permanent. It's under control through the medication though.
