Ignoring the name, thinking about picking up a PSN game called Rainbow Moon. Looks pretty FF: Tacticsy and apparently has a huge amount of endgame content.

Sef you're evil, and VD it's just GTA4 driving while drunk. PC version with mods to make it look a bit more realistic.
