My set up with J torque = 370.1 Total ACC
My set up with PCC = 373.8 Total Acc

O NOES i am lacking 3.7 ACC... SLASH PANIC. Yet am lacking 8 attack with pcc. Much easier to slap on another snipers ring if needed, or use life belt if i needs acc tht badly.

I explained the ACC/Attack relation had everything to do with the PCC. It explains why it's better for TPing than Torque, but it's a marginal difference.

J Torque adds up to be 6ish attack and 6 acc (FFXI's mechanics round down I believe, but who's going to test the difference between 6.3 and 6). So you're giving up 4 acc for 6 attack

jtorque=+9 or 10 attack (7 from skill 2.5 from str, every skill level at any level = 1 attack)
