yeah I'm pretty sure I had the exact same thing. Is it like not letting you open certain programs, and messing with your internet? You should ctrl/alt/delete and end the process of the fake program, then try to run whatever website or antispyware you have asap before it reloads.

This one is REAL fun.

Even when I Ctrl Alt Del it says that I can't bring up the task manager because I don't have administrative properties for my own computer. It has worked many times in the past.

My mom better not have been looking at travel shit on my computer; seems it only started happening after she used it.

After you computer got infected with the Internet Security 2010 virus (or series of Trojans), the next time Windows loads, you will get an error message stating that “Worm.Win32.NetSky” was detected on your computer. This is a fake message and you should not pay any attention to it, it will go away once you remove Internet Security 2010 from your computer. Then the Internet Security 2010 rogue will start and perform a fake scan of your computer. The scan report will list a number of infections but when you try to remove them, you’ll “conveniently” find out that you need to buy Internet Security first. Do not buy Internet Security 2010. If it got on your computer, you should use the instructions below to remove it from your computer.

The thing that makes Internet Security 2010 one of the worst of its kind is that one Trojan that comes with it blocks out certain applications. When this happens, you will get a “File is infected” warning and a recommendation to activate your antivirus software (by that, the warning means that you should buy Internet Security 2010. Don’t do that… just remove it using the removal guide below). Another Trojan that comes with Internet Security 2010 will instruct you to purchase a codec, called VSCoded Pro. This also a fake warning (and a scam) that will go away once you remove Internet Security 2010 from your computer.

With the risk of becoming annoying, we will tell you again not to buy Internet Security 2010. If you did purchase it however, you should contact your credit card company as soon as possible.

Ok, now that we’ve told you what this virus and the Trojans that come with it do, it’s time to remove Internet Security 2010 from your computer. Before that, you should know that following closely each step is crucial. In addition, because you will be asked to close all applications and windows, it’s a good idea to print out the removal guide first.

Step 1: Go here and download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware for free. Save the file to your desktop. If Internet Security 2010 does not allow you to download anything, you should download the setup on another computer and use an USB stick or a CD/DVD to transfer the files needed. Remember to place the setup file on the desktop.

Step 2: Click here to download the rkill.com file. Once the download is complete, run it. The rkill.com file will make sure the Internet Security 2010 will be closed for good so it does not interfere with the removal process.

Step 3: Close all open applications and windows. You now should be on the desktop.

Step 4: Run the Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware setup from the desktop.

Step 5: Go with the default settings during the install. CRUCIAL: Make sure you tell the software to automatically update itself (there’s a box you need to check during the install to make that happen). In addition, make sure you tell MBAM to automatically launch itself once the install and update processes are complete.

Step 6: When Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware loads, go to the Scanner screen, select “Perform Quick Scan” and then click the “Scan” button.

Step 7: When the scan is complete, press the Show Results button under the main “Scanner” tab.

Step 8: Check all the detected infections (so you remove both Internet Security 2010 and all related Trojans, as well as any other malware detected).

Step 9: When the removal process is complete, a log of the scan will be displayed in a Notepad window. You now have successfully removed Internet Security 2010, all related Trojans and any other infections detected by Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware.

My arms are killing me. I decided to lift weights for a full day off and on, each time until I couldn't lift anymore and I think I damaged them... But in a weird way I like the pain, this isn't my first time but I think I over did it this time. I feel like cutting a big chunk of my arm off sometimes though. GAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Don't you like when you finished lifting and go grab a glass of water and it feels like you can barely lift it? That or your arms aren't as used to doing delicate small/light lifting that it feels weird to handle a cup while you're pouring, drinking.

What do you mean, you lift until "you cant lift anymore"?

That's not very good for you and counterproductive, you'll end up tearing something. Everything should be broken up into sets of reps.

I've gotten back into my habit of doing 100-125 pushups every day and some other light lifting where i can fit it in, feels good man.

Yeah lifting until I can't pull up anymore. Feels like I screwed up because instead of being able to lift more today I can't because I'm all screwed up. Not doing this again. I get in the habbit of trying to push myself further too much. I don't stick to programs and just do it.

the reason you cant lift anymore is because while doing the lifting you get blood rushes into the muscle which will eventually between that and lactic acid build up cause the muscle to stay in a sort of contracted position which is why you get all tight. the days after the pain is caused by the break down and rebuilding of the sarcomeres (muscle bundles) where you basically scramble up all the individual muscle fibers and then when you take time off they rearrange themselves. This is why you shouldnt lift the same body parts on consecutive days because the muscles need the rest time to rebuild. go go exercise science degree. P.S. if you wanna read some baller articles on lifting technique and amazing training regimins check out elitefts.com or look up the west side barbell training methods they are great.

Hah I had a feeling someone would come in that is a doctor or something. Interest info, and I've had my arms massaged, chop chopped, punched, and more while all I needed to do was let them heal. Feeling a bit better now, did some more anyway but not much and other stuff. On my way to become a scary black dude in beach volleyball.

Use enough weight so you can only do around 8 reps per set, and you should struggle with the 6, 7, and 8th rep or it's too easy

Just tried some today with the same weight. Before I can't stop and safely it's around 11, I can push harder and get to 15 but that would end up getting me back to where I was. The 8 thing sounds like interesting but I'll try ten. 8 seems short.

I'll limit myself to 100 each arm per day, at least 3 days a week.

Anyway, I'm all healed up, no more emo wanting to cut off sections of my arm. Another life saved.

well what exactly are you trying to do for your workout because the weight and number of reps vary depend on why you are lifting. If you are lifting to build muscle tone (people dont realize that muscle tone and being tone and ripped are not the same thing) then you wanna do low weight and high reps sets of 10-15 with a low weight. If you are lifting to build strength and muscle mass you wanna do low reps 4-6 with high weight. Keep in mind that although 4-6 sounds like not a lot you build up to that so you will still end up getting in a lot of reps overall. By the way if you are doing 100 reps a day you are prolly not doing yourself any favors, that many reps by the end you are kinda just spinning your wheels and probably doing more harm than good.
