Mahatma has more defense, easiest to acquire and high INT and more emnity. Shadow/Valkyrie has less Emnity, weaker defense, increased damage taken but has Magic Accuracy and depending on gear setup, can output more damage than Mahatma, perhaps Morrigan's. Morrigan's tho has MP, the least less Emnity but highest solid INT, the all-important MND and STR, and is a little tougher to acquire, but cheaper than the Mahatma.

Ooooooooooooooooooooooh... I'm still going with Morrigan's is better, but I wouldn't say no to a pair of these Trews.

And all this gear seems shite.

The -Perp cost Earring and perhaps one of the Rings I saw for Mages in Salvage seems good.

dont forget the set bonus on morrigans... holding all else the same, it'd make morrigans the best imo when paired with the rest


also.. it looks like the "Valhalla" items are non craftable and probably drop from the final dungeon in Einherjar, much like how ultima/omega have a set that drop after completing the sub-zones

I'm considering overall betterness... Morrigan's is probably cheaper than what this Shadow set will turn out to be, it's the only Leg piece for Blm that gives you MP (Zenith is fucking retarded to nuke in), it's a little harder to acquire, yes, but it looks awesome. Considering that the rarity of a Valkyrie is going to be matched only by the synthers that create it, and the pricetag they will put on it, Morrigan's with the pricetag of 50k (if that) and 10,000 ISP seems a lot better, not to mention free entry into Salvage (This Einuoethowuegt being 180k, split perhaps... Perhaps not) (which you are given Hi-Pot tanks to enter with as well as re-raisers occasionally) ... To get the Valkyrie is just as common as it will be to get Zenith Mitts +1, and we all have them, don't we.

Morrigan's, at the end of the day, is simply easier to get, a fuck-ton cheaper, gives you some MP, the least Emnity but has a set bonus of added MAB when completed. Being as some JPs are now walking around with Morrigan's Pigaches (Mira...), then it is possible to complete the sets. Those fuckers just need to share thier wealth of knowledge with us.

Either way, these new Abjuration gear for mages sounds shitastic, apart from this one piece we are arguing over. Let's hope all Abjurations drop in Einahfihqeiphvqip so we can stop camping Kings. Prz.
