The reason the developer gave for picking gold and black was that he saw a advertisement in this color pallet and thought it looked striking. Guess he didn't think about playing a whole game in nothing but gold and black everywhere for hours. It starts to feel like you're playing in a sepia tone, or looking at a old faded black and white picture. This is supposed to be the future yet it feels blah.

They are a pretty good game company from what I remember though, I don't pay any attention to that stuff anymore and have a terrible memory so I could be waaaaaay off

The only thing that's bad about the game is the color choice (opinion), and the voice acting. I love the amount of black people in the game. Wish I could make the main character black, I believe you could in Deux Ex 1. After playing it a bit today, I'm getting hooked. Had to settle in and learn the ropes I guess. Canada is doing good so far.
