magian evasion weapons are meh, tbh, if you can't tank, or solo abyssea without them, you already suck. Work on Angyr(sp?) harpe and triplus dagger, basically top thf weapons other than twashtar. Triplus is the best off hand, even with relic or twashtar. Work on af+1/2 gear and that's basically all you'll need, Loki's is very nice, but other than that, and Heca cap, its pretty much only af3+2 thats worth getting. I also wouldn't worry about swift, there's 2 +7% belts and both are fairly easy to get ( Twilight requires you to have all clears done, though).

The main atma's I use on thf are Razed Ruins, VV and Apoc, replace apoc or VV with Mounted Champion (+20 regen) when soloing.

You will find your damage sucks compared to others in abyssea until you get 2-3 lunar abyssites and the atmas I mentioned, you could be naked and do more damage with atmas then a top geared dps without, its ridiculous.

I've got a decent buzz going right now, just got home from a party, so if anything doesn't quite make sense, that's likely why, if you need any help in game look me up Ploid!

Already got swift, and I don't think I'll be getting that twilight stuff any time. Looks like everyone is on another server. Still haven't wrapped my head around abyssea, and I got those daggers because of the damage, and the evasion looks nice for when I'm soloing outside abyssea. I hardly go in abyssea much.

I think I'm going to be sick. Spent all my Cruor trying to get a good augment, no good dagger from the group. What's with resist stun and elemental resist. I got one with 6 resist stun and +2% crit dmg... Good thing you can sell them to a merchant for 6k.

Yeah that sounds about right. Truthfully if you exp a lot and do Dom Ops you'll be shitting Points to spam as much as you want.

Getting from 75 to 90 is a damn joke. We recently got a guy named Blazer an Ochain for his PLD. That thing takes a donkey crap on Aegis so hard it's not funny.

This shield also is nowhere near as hard and as time consuming to get as an Aegis is.

I was wondering how Aegis stood up to a cool new shield I saw a PLD in AF3 had which seem to match the AF3. Saw a guy offhanding a mandau with Twasher in his main.

Edit: Yep that's the shield and armor the guy I saw had. I still don't check people, the JPs drilled it in my head that it's not cool to do.

I never examined anyone outside of LS...ever, also made it clear I never did so in my search comment.

its ridiculous how much better Ochain sounds over Aegis, its not even right. With Ochain you can get something stupid like a 90% block rate, if it goes back to hnms tanking will end up being a joke. PLD/BLU in shield kill/pdt/def gear with Cocoon would be invicible, considering you can phalanx yourself now as well..

The SS that clearly shows me and mg tanking made me smile, I miss nin/drk with mg, Eudon and Cats. Any more of those, snk?! May have to check my ps2 hdd later, I dont think I have any awesome tanking shots though.

You do Dominion Ops with a group of 18 in Abyssea. Everything else is utterly slow/stupid. Bring some crappy jug pets, use the Sheep as soon as you can.

Between pheo and kabooki UP was never dull. They were hilarious. Pheo was dumb, I liked kabooki but he was still rediculous.

I can't remember if pheo was the rong button guy or not, I thought it was someone from TF.
