Songs like A Change of Seasons (Dream Theater), When the Water Breaks (Liquid Tension Experiment), 2112 (Rush), Duel With The Devil (Transatlantic (actually pretty much anything by them)), Arriving Somewhere but Not Here (Porcupine Tree), and The Thing That Never Was (OSI), Light of Day, Day of Darkness (Green Carnation) are just a few of many songs I love because of their developing nature. All of these are over 10 minutes in length, most are over 15, and one is 60 (LoDDoD). I love these kinds of songs because they go through various moods and tempos while retaining unity to still be considered one song. Very free forming, the artists really let songs develop unlike a lot of radio songs these days.

Have you heard his version of Ytse Jam? Fastest piano I've ever heard in my life...if you haven't I'll send it to you >o
"Interstices" is indeed the shit, as is "Insectsamongus" and "Ra" (both on a different album and they use multi-tracked synth rather than a piano)
