It is the best/near best Magic Def body now. I believe you can still get the -25% mdt and have the full I.R. Set.
Best mdt/mdb setup now, w/out D.ring, is

I.R. Set
I.R. Lance > -10%
Merman's Earrings x2 > -4%
Merman's Rings x 2 > -8%
Resentment Cape > -5%

so -27%, +17 mdb, and a good chunk of Hp... and +20 resist to all elements, i think, for full I.R. bonus

Also can stick an S.Ring into that set and toss a Lieutant's Sash on and still hit -25%.

Without the I.R. body I could take the above and swap I.R. Body for coral +1 that i use now and lamia mantle+1... but I'm lacking other pieces from the I.R set too cause i hate campaign... so basically.. I need to campaign forever and camp a resentment cape :complain:

My current set hits -25% mdt but lacks some mdb, only have I.R helm/feet and lamia mantle +1

(and looking at the items in update, if it was an hnm, wtf would it drop anyway)

And that's negating the fact that Coeurl sub markup is so low because if you synth it all from scratch it's actually more profit than that. Red curry synth is at best a 10-20k loss per synth and the rarity of dragon meat doesn't help. So I'd more accurately place markup at 100%, 240k for a stack of sandwiches with STR+7 Attack+150 ;>

This is assuming of course they both operate in the same way, which they might not! But probably will ;<
