breakfast at 7 good start to the day
lunch at around 12
dinner at 6ish
supper (not a heavy meal) at around 10ish (earlier for the kids)
saves waking up in the night hungry :>
cant get the kids to bed till they have supper normally a warm type cereal like weetabix or readybrek or pancakes or summit and warm milky drink.
Ive always had 4 meals a day, thought it was normal >.>
Edit: found on internets , looked it up to make sure im not the only one
In the United Kingdom, supper is a term for a snack eaten after the evening meal and before bed, usually consisting of a warm, milky drink and British biscuits or cereal.

Alternatively to supper, we have also Tea >:
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Tea.
Tea can be used in replacement for dinner, or can refer to a snack afterwards. I think it comes from "high tea" which was a big meal between lunch and dinner. i think anyway, idk.

I get up at 5:30 am 4 times a week.

I'm just not normally actually awake til 3 or 4 in the afternoon when I'm ready for a nap.

I always thought people meant it literally.
"Oh dear, it's tea time. Heavens to betsy, my my."

One of the reasons I didn't want to go to Europe as a kid. Thought they'd force me to drink tea everyday at a certain time.
