You have to have bought the Tidal Talisman that they announced about a month ago, and as an added bonus you get the Tidal Talisman IG item, which essentially warps you to different cities depending on where you're currently at.

srsly, instead of rotting tags for weeks (I've had 5 for a few days now) lets actually use them? even more so now that you don't lose clearance.
