Want to screw up a wonderful relationship? Let the girl move in with you! Fun at first, but will most likely turn to nagging/jealousy when you're out with another girl/bossing you around about keeping things neat. If you find one that like sports, games, outdoor stuff (no crazy stuff like jumping out of planes. Will try to get you to do it), and the like dealling, with pms is a cheap price.
