Story: MrD spends ages, AGES questing enough fame in Windurst for the quest to get a scroll, possibly Drain or Warp2, and after he's been on about it for a few hours one day, I secretly go look if I have enough fame, being from Windy and all. Anyway, we checked the same NPC within 5 minutes of each other, and having recieved the quest, without any of the work he put into activating it, I stroll up to the AH and buy the last item on it that the quest wants. MrD finds this out, cusses me like crazy, then goes and farms it aswell. But before he goes, I eat the scroll infront of him as I wish him good luck! He was pissed..
...or like times you'd camp stuff for me, or put more effort in for things that I wanted and would forgo your own wants. I felt quite bad when I found out you did most of your Gandiva without me because I never had the chance to return the favour.

It's time to Salvage some gear!
Sorry for the bump but we just received the following information from development:
Along with the higher tier Salvage expansion, we will also be introducing means to revamp the existing Salvage equipment. This will not take place via Trial of the Magians, instead it will be similar to the system used for Homam/Nashira equipment in the higher tier Limbus.
I remember how much you loved to do Salvage so I'm curious as to what possible upgrades the original pieces could get to make them contendable with the current gear.
